Retail Store Policy
Upside provides a 7 day return or 14 day exchange policy in-store. The following information pertains to online shipping, returns, and exchanges through this website.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines
These guidelines must be followed in order to guarantee the option of returning any of the products purchased:

For insurance purposes the majority of packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

Before signing/receiving the package:

  • Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
  • Check for damaged packaging
  • When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded, the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately Upside will not be able to honour our Returns Policy.
  • Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Returns Policy.

Order Turnaround Time
It is important to Upside that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. In some instances, when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via e-mail of the options available to you prior to shipment of your order. If an item is not available, it can usually be made to order with a one week turnaround. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Please note that Upside reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Upside is committed to providing the best possible service. If you have any questions, please contact us.


Return Policy


Upside is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase please visit: to initiate your online return. Upside offers Free Returns within 30 days from date of receipt when the order was eligible for Free Shipping.

Products must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for return:

  • Must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Product must be intact and undamaged.
  • Free returns – to qualify for a free return your purchase must have qualified for free shipping.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return.
  • All NO TAX promotions are ineligible for return. 


  1. Once You have Initiated your Return (click here)
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request.
  3. Attached will be a pre-paid shipping label & the details of where to ship back your items.
  4. Please either print off the email or include the details within the box you are shipping back so we may process your return in a timely manner. 
  5. Please ship your order back in the original packaging. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
  6. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, and the refund should appear on your account within 7-10 business days after processing.

Please Note:

  • Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be applied against the refund amount if the merchandise is received more than 14 days after receipt of the pre-paid shipping label. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
  • We are currently unable to accept online returns at the Upside store or stockist.
  • Items marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.



To make an exchange please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.


  • Items marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.
  • Any customised or custom made marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.
  • Intimates, earrings, vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces marked Final Sale within the description & at checkout are ineligible for return.
  • All Sale Items are Final Sale. 


In the event your purchase did not qualify for free shipping, the free return policy is not applicable. The return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Upside Retail Store & Stockist purchases & merchandise may not be returned to . All retail purchases must be returned to the original store of purchase in order to be returned or exchanged. The return policy at the original location of purchase will apply.


We reserve the right to post spontaneous flash sales on any Upside product at anytime. Items in these flash sales will not be price adjusted if item was previously purchased. Items purchased during flash sales are FINAL SALE.
